Safety

A practical process for safer work.

Construction is a high-risk industry. We treat safety requirements as part of everyday operations—from worker allocation and site arrival to reporting and continuous improvement. Our approach is based on clear expectations, documented processes and open communication with both workers and clients.

Our approach

Clear expectations. Consistent follow-through.

Safety is a shared responsibility. We support site standards by helping workers understand what is required before arrival and by maintaining processes for inspection, documentation and reporting.

Site inspections

Regular inspections by our operations manager help confirm site compliance and suitable working conditions.

PPE readiness

Workers are briefed on site PPE requirements so they arrive prepared to comply.

Task-specific SWMS

Labour allocated to a job are provided with the relevant SWMS to read and sign.

Hazard reporting

Site-specific hazards are logged through our WHS management process, with prevention procedures recorded.

Incident reporting

Incidents are recorded, addressed and reviewed so preventative methods can be implemented.

Prepared before arrival

The right information supports a safer start.

Before work begins, the role and site requirements should be understood. We communicate relevant PPE, competency and documentation expectations so allocated workers can arrive ready to follow the principal contractor’s site rules and supervision.
